Something you need to try is honey and Norwegian goat cheese (you know, the sweet brown cheese) on a freshly-baked bun! The cheese is a bit dominating by itself and you can’t really have too much of it, but on bread and with honey it’s just right… 🙂

Don’t be appalled, Americans – cheese and jam/honey is a Scandinavian thing. It’s normal over here.

  1. For once it sounds good. Unfortunately we don’t have any of that cheese, I don’t know if you can even get it in the Hesa area, I’ve had it in Vasa and it was awesome.

  2. I bet you can in Stockmann’s! Anyway next time you have it at Vaasa or wherever you have to try, mmm!

  4. Jam and cheese? Of course you’ve heard of eating jam and cheese together… Honey and cheese is almost the same thing.
